As a pianist, Cody Wright’s technical yet melodic style runs parallel to his work as a guitarist and bassist. He draws from the emotions of Bud Powell and Mami Ishizuka with a technical flare reminiscent of Art Tatum. His chords and left hand touch echo of Debussy and, at times, Gershwin. He is available for private performances. He calls the piano his "favorite instrument."
